Groups travelling from England by air will be greeted at the
airport upon arrival and transferred to their hotel by coach. Groups travelling
to Barcelona by coach will be met upon arrival at the hotel. Assistance will be
given at hotel check-in when passports, etc. should be accounted for and safely
secured in the hotel safe. The hotel will require a list of the names, passport
numbers and room numbers of all people within the group.
The evening meal is normally taken at 20.00 hours. A cold
buffet can be provided for arrivals after 22.00.
Depending upon their times of arrival and departure, many
groups prefer to arrange an orientation tour of Barcelona for their arrival day
and leave their departure day free before their coach transfer to the airport.
