Party leaders are responsible for ensuring all members of the
party have adequate travel insurance, including emergency medical repatriation.
This can normally be obtained very cheaply through your school or college
insurers.
Most musical instruments are covered by existing insurance
policies such as the home policy of the owner or the policy of the L.E.A.
However you do need to check these arrangements thoroughly and where necessary
advise your musicians to obtain insurance from specialist insurance providers
