General Directorate of Tourism of the Generalitat of Catalonia, with the licence
GC-001 747 held in the Registry of Tourism of Catalonia.
The basic principles of the bonding and licence schemes are
that in the event of our financial failure as a company prior to your departure,
the General Directorate of Tourism of the Generalitat de Catalunya insurance
scheme will refund any money paid to us by you and in the event of our financial
failure during your holiday they will repatriate you to your country of origin.
Only the money that you have paid to us will be protected.
Please note that the flights you book yourself will not be protected unless you
have taken out airline failure insurance direct with the airline. Only then will
you receive a refund for the flight payments or be repatriated in the event of
the airline's failure.
