Any notice of cancellation must be made by fax a minimum of six
weeks prior to your visit. The 15% deposit fee is not refundable. Barcelona
Field Studies Centre S.L. will not accept any liability to make good any loss or
compensate any group resulting from cancellation of a booking.
Withdrawal of individual students 14 days or more before
arrival
Individual student withdrawals are allowed up to 14 days before
arrival. The 15% deposit is not refundable. The new final balance due may be
recalculated according to the formula where:

Charges for cancellations made less
than 14 days before arrival
Individual withdrawals made between 13 days and 7 days before
arrival will be charged 50% of the total individual rate invoiced.
If we do not receive notice of any individual cancellation,
100% of the total individual rate invoiced will be charged. There is no refund.
No Show
No Show of individuals will be charged 100% of the total
individual rate invoiced. There is no refund.
No Show of the group will be charged 100% of the total
invoiced. There is no refund.
Substitution
Please note that a substitute person may attend. Airlines will
charge a fee for name changes.
Insurance
Please check that your insurance policy covers for withdrawals
or no show due to accident or illness.
