Yes, you will have use of your coach during your tour, (subject
to EU driving regulations). Groups that travel to Europe by coach will
have a coach provided from their point of departure through Europe and back to
their point of departure.
For flight groups, we can provide a coach to the U.K. airport,
although some groups prefer to make their own arrangements to get to the U.K.
airport.
We then provide a coach to collect you at your destination
airport and this coach will either remain with you throughout the tour or local
arrangements will be made on a daily basis to provide a coach to operate your
itinerary. For example groups staying in Lido di Jesolo, Italy, would probably
only need a coach transfer to the the port for onward transfer to Venice. So by
hiring locally to fit the needs of your itinerary, we can provide better value
for money.
In our experience, groups with 45 passengers or more on a
49-seater coach with large instruments such as timpani and double basses, will
need to hire a trailer. In order for Gower to assess the need for a trailer we
always request an instrument list.
